Meet your Facilitator
This workshop is led by Heather Javier, a life and sales coach, working mom of three, and creator of the Reset & Rise coaching program.
With a background in science and biotechnology sales, Heather blends mindfulness, habit coaching, and emotional intelligence to help high-capacity women build confidence, resilience, and sustainable routines—without burnout.
Her work supports women in reconnecting with themselves, calming their nervous systems, and making small, intentional shifts that lead to steadier energy, better sleep, and greater clarity in both life and work.
